• Cup Profile: A rich and sweet coffee with notes of honey, chocolate and Damascus.

 A Speciality coffee grown by twenty producers in Nova Resende, South of Minas in Brazil. 

Developed in partnership with SMC, the export partner in the region, aims to support smallholder growers in Brazil by helping to increase their access to the speciality coffee market.

Guatemala Freijanes:

• Country: Guatemala
• Processing: Washed, Patio and Mechanically dried 
• Cup Profile: Brown sugar, vanilla, citric acidity, low-medium body.   

 Guatemala Fraijanes SHB EP is siphoned and pulped mechanically. Demuciliged coffee then undergoes a 17 hour pre-fermentation. It is subsequently washed to remove the remaining flesh. Finally, the coffee is dried on patios for three to four days and finished in a mechanical dried for 35-40 hours at low temperatures. After coffee is evenly and sufficiently dried, it is sorted at the dry mill.
